I’m just cleaning up the shop and I have a couple prototypes from when I was developing the Altair-Duino Experimenter 2.5 (8800 version). This is a fully-functional assembled Altair-Duino built on the version 1.5 circuit board, and I have added my second generation of VT100 emulator. Since this was built on a version 1.5 circuit board and I used the ESP-01s connector for the VT100, you cannot (easily) add WiFi capabilities to this unit.

It works exactly like the current Experimenter 2.5, and includes the new aluminum frame. It does not include the expansion backplane, but you can add that later if you wish to purchase one.

If you’re not too picky about the ability to add WiFi capability, you can save $75 with this prototype.
