50th Anniversary nanoKENBAK-1 (Seconds)
I have a limited supply of “seconds” – these units have a design error that places the RTC backup battery too far away from the DS3231 chip, which causes the time to get reset a few hours after the device is switched off. If you keep it turned on and connected to USB, it will keep time forever, just don’t shut it off. If you don’t care about the added RTC functionality, one of these will be perfect for you. Otherwise, they are fully functional and work just like my µKENBAK-1 (or even like the original KENBAK-1 you see in museums.)
It is 8.5 inches x 1.5 inches. It is powered by a rechargeable LIR2032 (included) or by USB.
